This policy describes Hopenity's moderation systems, the actions we can take, how we communicate decisions to users, and how users can appeal. This page is public and accessible to regulators, platforms, and users worldwide without a login.

Trained human moderators review content flagged by automated systems or reported by users. Complex, context-dependent, or borderline cases receive human judgment.

Where technically feasible and where doing so does not interfere with an ongoing safety or legal investigation, Hopenity will notify users when moderation action is taken against their content or account. Notifications include the type of action taken, the reason based on the Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, and information about how to appeal.

Hopenity is committed to transparency in content moderation. Our public moderation policies are available without login. Hopenity maintains moderation logs internally and may publish aggregated transparency reports covering content removal volumes, enforcement actions, and appeal outcomes. This page is publicly available to regulators, law enforcement, platform auditors, and users worldwide.

Users have the right to appeal any content removal or account action. See the Appeal Policy for full details. Appeals are reviewed by a team member who was not involved in the original decision where possible. Hopenity will respond to appeals within 10 business days.
